25 m Sandbag Walking Lunges down

25 m Sandbag Bear Crawl Drag back 

50 m Sandbag Burden Carry down

50 m Sandbag Burden Carry back 

 THEN...

15, 12, 9, 6, 3 reps 

Sandbag Burpees

Sandbag Step Ups (per side)

Sandbag Squat Clean Toss Behind

Sandbag Toss Over Crawl Unders 

*The breakdown: complete lunges, drags and burden carry then do 15 reps of each movement. Then repeat cycle- lunges, drags, burden carry then 12 reps of each movement etc all the way down to 3 reps.
