Sandbag/LIfting/Training Session July 16

Training has been slow due to a hand with pulled tendons! If you notice a lack of complex sandbag movements, it's because I can't physically do them. Please sub in what you see fit! A great resource is SealFit.com !!!
Warm-up: 25 minute sandbag ruck, at 3.5 mph for a total of 1.45 miles
Deadlifts: 10 reps @ 135
10 reps @225
8 reps @ 235
6 reps @ 245
4 reps @ 255
3 reps @ 265
1 rep @275
1 Arm Deadlifts:
1 set of 8 @ 135
1 set of 6 @ 135
1 set of 4 @ 135
Sandbag Strongman carries:
125 lb sandbag on back + 70 lb water jug in right hand:
80 yds x 1
60 yds x 1
60 yds x 1
150 lb sandbag on back for 80 yards x 2
Bench press:
3 sets of 60 @ 45 lbs
Foam Roller
Stretch
This training session was done with an injured hand. A lifting hook was used for the deadlifts and shrugs. Feel free to scale, increase or add sets/lifts. You are welcome to add comments regarding your own personal training methods!
