We believe that sandbag training should be a part of just about any workout series. Adding sandbags to your CrossFit WOD's, OCR training, MMA training, Strongman training...etc. will make a difference in your strength, conditioning and overall functional movement. We are not saying it is the only tool you should use, just an important one.
The app is available on both Android and IOS and we are adding more workouts and functions monthly. We've got leaderboards, a WOD Timer and more - and soon we will be adding full programs you can follow.
