50 yard burden front rack carry
20 Brute Ball / Sandbag over shoulder
40 air squats
50 yard burden front rack carry
18 Brute Ball / Sandbag over shoulder
30 air squats
50 yard burden front rack carry
16 Brute Ball / Sandbag over shoulder
20 air squats
50 yard burden front rack carry
14 Brute Ball / Sandbag over shoulder
10 air squats
50 yard burden front rack carry
12 Brute Ball / Sandbag over shoulder
Recommended Sandbag Weights: 60/45# and if you really want to go heavy, 100#.
