"Hold the Line"
:30 Seconds front rack hold standing
:30 Seconds front squats max reps
:30 Seconds front rack hold at the bottom
:30 Seconds max effort 10 yard shuttle run/carry. Hold the bag however you'd like. 10 yards back and forth. (Each 10 yard shuttle completed = 1 rep added to total score)
1:30 rest between rounds
Recommended Sandbag Weights: Heavyweight 100/75# | Rx 75/50# | Scaled 50/30#
Score = total squat reps for all five rounds + shuttle carry reps
What is REDWOD?
Remember Everyone Deployed (RED) Workout of the Day (WOD) - A workout that we will post and do every Friday here at Brute Force and encourage you to do the same.
Because we have friends that we have built very strong relationships with that are continually deployed and they are always on our mind while they are gone. We're not going to get all deep on you...but feel it is sufficient to say that we sweat and bleed with these troops while they are here at home, and feel it is necessary to continue to do so while they are gone.
