All Brute Force Gear is built with heavyweight, Military grade textiles; that means they can take just about anything you can throw at them! Push, Pull, Throw, Slam, Trek, our gear is made to stand the test of time. We are 100% USA Made...not many can say the same. Each piece of gear is proudly handmade in Denver, Colorado and passes a three stage quality control inspection prior to coming off the line. We stand behind our gear 100% so you can feel confident in using the gear, and confident that we will have your back if there is an issue.

The BRUTE FORCE SHIELD PROGRAM & WARRANTY is designed to keep you training and your gear in quality shape.


We are happy to repair, for a reasonable repair fee, any piece of BRUTE FORCE gear that has experienced a beat down. Although, we do reserve the right to have our SHIELD team review your gear and decide whether or not it can be repaired based on the damage. After your gear has been reviewed by our SHIELD team, we will contact you to either repair it or help you get it replaced, and get you back to training ASAP.


We are happy to offer a replacement on any piece of BRUTE FORCE gear that has anything deemed to be a manufacturing defect by our BRUTE FORCE SHIELD Team. If a replacement is warranted, you will be contacted immediately.

 ***In each case, proof of purchase is preferred, but we know our gear and our community, so we got your back.

What is covered and what is not covered under the BRUTE FORCE SHIELD warranty?

We know that our gear gets used in some of the toughest environments, by some of the toughest people on Earth. Therefore, we cover normal wear and tear, zipper issues, manufacturing defects and generally anything else that comes our way within reason. What we don’t cover? Stupidity, obvious BS and all the stuff that is addressed in our SANDBAG, GEAR INSTRUCTIONS & CARE SHEET. We actually had someone set our gear on fire, but claim that it was just dragged on concrete. We categorize this as both obvious BS and Stupidity…sorry.

Who covers the repair costs?

Repairs are performed at our expense. Costs for non-warranty repairs will vary depending upon the situation and we will be sure to reach out to you to discuss cost before going forward with the repair. We will provide you with as many options as possible based upon the amount of work and materials required.

What is the estimated time for repairs?

We know that your training is important. So we do our very best to offer repairs in a 10 to 14 day window based on the damage. We will always contact you with an estimated time for repair before the process starts.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your gear back to us, but we will split the difference and ship it back to you on our dime!

How do I handle a gear exchange?

We understand that sometimes things are heavier in person. So, we are happy to make an exchange / upgrade / downgrade on any gear that has not been used. All exchanges are subject to an exchange fee of $25 (fee covers shipping, cleaning and re-stocking of said gear). Please CONTACT US directly with any exchanges.
